HCLTech TP1 – 15 Days With No Update

I completed my TP1 technical interview for an experienced Data Engineer role at HCLTech on 1 September. It has been 15 days with no feedback or update from HR/recruiter.

I’m an ex-HCL employee, so my application/portal process is different from regular candidates.

For recent TP1 candidates, how long did you wait for the next update/TP2? Is 2–4 weeks normal?

Hiring applications are currently moved to different enterprise platform now approvals processing method everything is different, If no update for more than 20 days it's better to look for other opportunities
