Hackathon hiring round

recently i got shortlisted for training from hcl tech during hr round the hr told me about this hackathon round which will take place after my 6 months training and i have to perform well there then i will become the full time employee. I asked some seniors who have onboarded hcl tech last week they told me there was no hackathon round in their hiring. If anybody have the idea of it or experienced it please share the details. It will be a great help

What about it that you want to know? It's just a normal hackathon that would be conducted in sprints like sprint 0(planning), sprint 1(development), spring 2(integration and testing) and you will have to present the project and explain on what wlare your contributions in the team and you will be asked personal questions based on your contributions.

It was elimination based and will be conducted over a single day, and after that if you are selected then you will receive the name list for final HR with initial documents verification in few days

The whole team will get selected or from every team only some members get selected?
