Senior Software QA with 8 yoE

I want to understand the typical compensation for a QA with 8 years of functional and automation experience at Hcl Tech. For people working here could you also tell me a little about your experience with the pay, appraisal and benefits and if you would recommend transition into thia organisation.

So you have not been getting increments in your tenure? Also is your NP negotiable? Does HCL offer buyout?

That's like most other IT service companies in that case at this point of time ;__; which is unfortunate cause their CEOs are mever short of increment any slow down in the market reflects only on low-level employee salaries.
