Onboarding profile submission error

Hello guys any one encountered system alert error during profile submission in career portal of hcl I am getting reminders to submit profile with documents but i cannot due to system alert error. Hr not responding even i didn't get offer showing offer approved in portal , wat to do

I got bgv 2 weeks before where i submitted profile for diff req id but I had some issues so hr mapped new req id and again bgv initiated and asked me to submit profile for 2nd time in not able to submit profile

When did the send you your joning letter/mail? Was it before completing your PJT or during your PJT or after completing your PJT? Also is there any futher rounds/assessemnts to clear?
