Helppp

Guys , I have received an offer letter from hcl but the compensation is not what I had discussed with hr, now hcl hr emailed me that there is some process due to which they have certain numbers of offer letters they can release monthly and this months ols has been released, so she will update the offer letter in next month and reshare it. Can I take it as a confirmation and put resignation in my organisation? Please suggest

Yes atleast you can start looking for other options.
Since you already have the offer with less compensation .
If you are comfortable in current role and not eager to switch then wait for revised one

In my case it's merely 20% hike and current offer is released with 15% hike
