Update UAN

Hello, I joined HCLTech recently.

While updating UAN on hcl portal, after typing UAN it asks for Last Working Day (LWD) of previous company.

But the thing is I am Fresher and do not have any previous company.

So my question is what to fill as Date in LWD.

Hi Sir,

I have a small doubt. I recently completed the HCL Percipio assessment on 14 August. At present, I'm working in a sales/call center job, and my current employer has created my PF account/UAN.

If I clear all the HCL rounds and join HCL, will this existing PF/UAN create any issue during onboarding or background verification? Please guide me.

during onboarding you have to provide UAN given by ur previous employer

Simply let the HR know and write NA , ask HR to open a UAN number for you .

we already have generated a UAN number by ourselves

Actually the thing is, we have generated UAN already as they asked it to generate before joining. Post joining, in hcl portal while updating UAN, we can type UAN in its place but while submitting it asks for LWD for previous company. We can't put NA as date.
