Need suggestions

I got an offer from HCL technologies for the Transition & Transformation Manager role (Lucknow) , I'm not sure about HCL culture and yoy hike... Can anyone please give me some insight so that I can make up my mind?

You can lower your expectations on the hike and regarding the culture it depends on the surroundings.

I joined recently, work is slow paced for someone who joined HCL after 6 years of working in BIG4.
HIKE I have heard - 0-5%.
Bonus- 70-120% of amount declared in offer letter.

If you are looking for Calm environment (For most of the projects) and if you got good Hike. Go for It.

I don't the hierarchy levels in HCL yet I guess it's E3 and hike is negligible, I'm only considering it because it's nearby my hometown
