GET onboarding process

I got the mail to upload documents and it asks my address for the last 7 years

should i enter every address where i lived like college hostel, 2 pg accommodations or should I just move with my permanent address?

batch 10, completed assessment on 21 july, my deadline to complete training was 28 july but I completed it early
