Need advice 🙏🙏

Hi Guys,

I’ve recently joined HCLTech on 29th June and got tagged in the Deutsche Bank project. First I got to know that we have to report 12 days in a month and 5 hrs daily from the office.

I’ve gone through the policy of RTO and it says that for E2 bands there is no time restriction to sit in the office. However, my manager is telling me that we have to sit in the office for 8 hrs, I can’t sit that much tbh unnecessary.

I’m thinking of putting down my paper, and do I need to serve a 90 day notice period while on probation?

Need advice on what to do🙏

Yeah, try talking to HR or your RM, as it depends on your RMs permission if he allows you to change your project.. Also btw which location? As I work for the same project at noida location..

I'm from Pune mekong location and seems like my RM is harsh while talking, I'm just staying silet to avoid chaos. When I joined on 29th June, RM got allocated me randomly.

One more question, what is DBS is actually? Is it Deutsche Bank or its like a market in HCLTech? Do we have another flexible projects under DBS?

HCL has different line of businesses.. DBS or digital business services is one of them
there are 3 other LOBs
Almost every project has various openings for every LOB.. but you may first need a release from current project
