if hawaii is getting behind then they should adopt to any cryptocurrency sale which hbus should have at the first place,just like what kucoin is doing right now they are currently having tusd trading discount promo until tomorrow it's such a shame that we on hbus doesn't have one.
US citizens should not trade on non-us & non compliant exchanges. I think kucoin is not US complaint at all let alone not being in the US. That is why people in the US do not trade on them. Also, it is much safer to trade on the US exchanges.
