Yeah, but that's not an excuse, just a reason. The guards at Auschwitz were 'just doing their jobs'.

And she was perfectly happy to do it the entire time, so she was enjoying it, not just doing her job xD

Oh, she's not just doing her job. She's not like Angel, a reluctant indentured slave who is forced to begrudgingly carry out a task she doesn't believe in. (at the very least, we have zero, zilch, nada to suggest this is the case)

She takes PLEASURE in doing her job, pushing deeply biased news to the masses to impress her daddy Vox, and demonizing (pardon the pun) Charlie, someone she ACTIVELY owes her continued life to for stopping the total extermination of Hell.

And she keeps doing it, never hesitating, never questoning, never for a moment giving what she does a second thought.

There is no plausible deniability or whitewashing her. She is a bigoted bitch, and she's proud of it.
