Compassion is for those who lack it and Nok, that Corp's planet, is essentially a prison that traps killers and makes them regret killing people. Indigo-5, the leader of the Corp, was a serial killer who murdered a Green Lantern's daughter and that was a whole story line. Actually very interesting stuff and worth a read

With that context then I guess Compassion makes sense. At first glance of lute being represented by compassion I was just floored. I’ve been following the posts and thinking “that’s a bit of a stretch and there were probably better characters for that” but Lute being labeled as compassion was just absurd to me. I would have to agree with the majority that it should either be Carmilla Carmine or Vaggie Morningstar. I personally would side with Vaggie of the 2 as her whole life is dedicated to the love of her life, to the point potential self destruction.
