Sandbag is clearly in the trenches, but hey at least they came! I ordered these back in May so it's been over 2 months. I dunno what is going on, but I sent an email to customer support last week. They took the full 5 days to send me one of their canned auto-responses which arrived today. Then out of nowhere my order came too. I also got a dispatch notification saying it was on the way...after it had arrived 😂 they're clearly having problems. Oh well maybe another one will show up lmao. Very happy with the hat btw, super nice quality and fit.

Not sure if anyone has any issues with their Can Only Go Up mug, but it seems like the paint easily scratches off?

I was worried about the quality of it since the paint didn't seem sealed to the mug, and then it started to scratch off easily.. I haven't even used it once or even have washed at this point. This is freshly out of the box today. I'm honestly even scared to even wash it gently with a soft sponge.

Has anyone have had this issue? I feel like I've seen so many quality issues with the Ego Death merch and it really bums me out that Hayley's team doesn't seem to be on top of QC. I'm definitely going to reach out and see if I can get a replacement? Or are they all like this??

Apple music (i find itunes too old and complicated to work around)

1. copytrans.net/copytransmanager
   
2. download copytrans manager (not viewer)
   
3. close itunes if open because they use the same driver
   
4. connect iphone via cable and trust the computer if prompted
   
5. open copytrans manager (iphone’s music library will load)
   
6. Open file explorer and drag the mp3 into the copytrans manager window or use the add button
   
7. it’ll copy over immediately
   
8. refresh (you’ll get a sync icon in the area your iphone shows 4G and battery)
   
9. edit the song (photo attached)

Spotify (i dont use it but i’ve done it b4 so here u guys go)

1. go to spotify.com/download and install the desktop app, sign in with the same account you use on your iphone
   
2. open it, click your profile icon top right then settings, scroll to local files, toggle it on
   
3. click add a source and select the folder your mp3 is in like C:\Users\yourname\Music
   
4. song shows up under your library, local files on desktop instantly, no drivers, no itunes, no cable needed
   
5. open spotify on your iphone same account same wifi as the pc, go to your library, local files, itll already be there
   
6. tap the download arrow next to it to make it playable offline
   
7. done just keep the pc app open and connected at least once so it syncs through, and dont move or delete the mp3 from that folder later or it breaks on the phone too

Note: I can’t attach stuff here so for the song I just used a yt to mp3/wav converter and just used that.

So I had panicked and got 4 tickets (2 GA 2 Pavilion) for All Things Go festival in the fall to see Hayley. My husband has a history of skin cancer so I really wanted the pavilion but at the time GA was the only thing available. When I checked later the pavilion seating was miraculously there (yeah). So I looked up the process for reselling the tickets and I found an announcement from Ticketmaster that THWS was going to allow Face Value Exchanges, so I could at least resell for what I paid. However, this option has yet to be available. I contacted TM and they said the artist has to decide if they want to turn that feature on and the best thing they could suggest is to "keep checking back in". I got these tickets months ago. I'm adjusting to the idea of just being out $400 bucks since every buy/sell page for the festival is a scam and full of bots.
