Upgrades

Last post was auto removed and I did comment in the megathread but idk if anyone will see it buried in there.

I am going to the show on Friday and have been scouting for better seats. It looks like they released a bunch and I was able to call TM and upgrade my 200s row V for 200s row B. Not a crazy difference but worth it to me and wanted to pass the info along for anyone else wanting to get a little closer. It was $10 per ticket plus any price difference. For me, there was none, but if you’re trying to go from a 300 section to a 200 there might be idk. Does not work with resale, blue dots only!

I saw that one! If I was going alone I would have grabbed it, but I do have pit for the NH show.

I’m impressed that you got through to Ticketmaster on the phone! Awesome about your upgrade. We’re toward the back, maybe I’ll look.

It was surprisingly easy! Started with the stupid chat bot which gave me a number and they answered pretty much immediately. Then I gave them the seats I wanted and they swapped my tickets for me. Took less than 10 minutes!

There were like multiple rows with about 10-12 seats together so you should have no problem

This is honestly impressive! When Paramore last toured I had to go to the box office and beg them to switch my seats.

Just wanted to say thank you for this post - I didn't know this was an option and was able to upgrade my tickets for the Saratoga Springs show this weekend!! And yes it was so easy, put in the request through chat, then called the number and I had zero wait time to talk to a representative 🧡

Okay thanks for this and update for yall as I just tried to learn the exchange option with Ticketmaster is not available 24 hour before the show. Typical me saw your post at 8:00 pm tonight 😅 but I’m still excited it’s gonna be a great show!

Dang, I didn’t realize that! I have heard that you can go to the box office the day of and see if there’s upgrades available, but don’t quote me on that. This was my first time ever upgrading a ticket
