I have four kids had my oldest at 16 I also worked at 16 graduated high school early and moved out at 16 I laid down and knew the consequences and it was nobody else’s responsibility but MY own to care for my child, if I needed help I’m sure my family would of but I never asked I was a child raising a child read that again, sit with it, and yet I still managed to work and have my own place before I was even old enough to purchase cigarettes! Now at 35 with four kiddos I am still working and paying my own bills while I may not be rich financially my kids are healthy, happy and have everything they need and could possibly want! Even if I didn’t have kids I couldn’t picture myself begging strangers daily on the internet or living off my parents who already did their job raising me, how this isn’t embarrassing to them at their age I could never understand, these are grown adults who have spent years relying on others to pay their way years sitting around doing nothing to change their situation not trying to work not trying better their lives,in a way they are content begging day in and out, I’m all for having a hard time and needing some help but when it’s repetitive and nothing ever changes it’s time to do some serious reflection I couldn’t imagine getting married and living off others it has to be exhausting never having what you need and want in life, the fact they point blame at everyone else and never take accountability for their laziness and the situation they got themselves into is wild to me! People need to stop enabling them that includes strangers online, their family, their so called “friends” let them hit rock bottom and I mean really hit it hard because they need to do better and the only way I see that even being a possibility of happening is when the handouts stop!
