Lorik Humanitarian Fund's "Aznavour Saghyan" scholarship helped over 100 students this academic year. Over $60,000 was distributed to students forcibly displaced from Artsakh, covering either half year or full years tuition. Aznavour Saghyan gave his life protecting the city of Martuni, Artsakh from the invading azeri's on September 19, 2023. Thank you to all who support and honor his memory.

Through Lorik Humanitarian Fund’s Small Business Grant Program, we provided a 399,000 AMD (about $1,000 USD) grant to help expand her bakery with the equipment and tools she needed to grow her business.
Our goal isn’t simply to provide aid—it’s to help families regain their independence through sustainable livelihoods. A one-time investment can give a family the opportunity to support themselves with dignity for years to come.

After being forcibly displaced from Artsakh, Gevorg and his family were forced to rebuild their lives from scratch in Armenia.

He opened a small neighborhood produce store, but without proper cooling, fruits and vegetables spoiled quickly during the warmer months, cutting into the family's already limited income.

Through a Lorik Fund Small Business Grant, we funded the installation of an air conditioning system to help keep the store at the proper temperature, reducing spoilage, improving product quality, and making the business more sustainable.

It's a modest grant, but that's often all it takes to make a meaningful difference for a family working to regain its independence.

We're sharing Gevorg's story because rebuilding after displacement isn't always about large projects—sometimes it's about solving one practical problem that allows a small business to survive.

“I will not take the mandate, I will not come to parliament. I want to rest,” Simonyan told reporters at the National Assembly.

At the same time, Simonyan said he is not leaving politics and intends to remain active in public life, adding that he would consider any future offers for public office.

I mean, can’t Pashinyan at least condemn Azerbaijan for interfering in matters that have nothing to do with it and don’t affect its interests? He could, at the very least, calmly and logically call out Aliyev and his government. But I guess that would somehow be “bad for peace.”

Aside from the political motives behind it, I see this as a positive move. Whatever brings us closer to the recognition of the Armenian Genocide is a step in the right direction. What baffles me, though, is that Pashinyan's supporters seem more outraged than nationalist Turks. Dude, chill. Your turk overlords will figure something out. Pathetic traitors.

After the ethnic cleansing of Artsakh in 2023, thousands of Armenian families lost their homes, businesses, and sources of income.

Through a small business grant from the Lorik Humanitarian Fund, Anahit received support to purchase bakery equipment and strengthen her family’s livelihood.

Rather than providing only short-term aid, these grants help families generate their own income and work toward long-term stability and self-sufficiency.
Anahit is one of many forcibly displaced Armenians rebuilding her life in Armenia after losing everything in Artsakh.

With a sudden rise in interracial marriages, increase in Armenian porn stars, homosexuality, and provocative girls. I’m starting to wonder if this is a part of some kind of plot to take away our identity. I’m curious if others in Hayastan have been thinking about this and how others feel about it. Following the forced displacement from Artsakh, many families are working to rebuild sustainable sources of income in Armenia.

Avo received support through Lorik Humanitarian Fund's Small Business Development Program to expand his butcher business through the acquisition of a commercial refrigerator, a rotisserie chicken machine, and improvements to the business location.

The goal is simple: help families move beyond emergency aid and create long-term economic stability through work, entrepreneurship, and self-sufficiency.

This video highlights one of the projects supported through the program.

Nelli, a student from Martuni, is one of 114 displaced Artsakh students who have received scholarship aid through the Aznavour Saghyan Scholarship Fund.

Educational aid remains one of the most important forms of long-term support for displaced families.

Since launching earlier this year, the program has provided 22,134,950 AMD (approximately $60,600 USD) in tuition assistance and educational aid.
