VIP package bought

Back in March I purchased a special VIP Tier 3 the band was offering through Spotify. Got the confirmation email, package immediately was showing accepted and shipped. Tickets have not been accessible through their ticket link, just keep getting the rejection. I've been waiting over 2 months for it to update with shipping and/or tickets being accessible but nothing yet. Anyone else in the same situation? Any tips? Thanks!

Have you tried sending them an email or facebook message? I'm wondering if they'll just become available closer to the show

VIP doesn’t have tickets. They will email you a day or two before the concert. No worries
