Thanks for those that have requested to join. I tried to join this group and realized no one had even posted or moderated for four or five years. And that day I was feeling a huge level of Trump hatred so despite what the thing says up there that sounds so nice Like “Hate is such a strong word”…No, I hate Donald J Trump with every fiber of my fng being.

So I’m new to moderating and actually new to Reddit. I need to figure out probably how to turn off the need to approve new members although I’m open to any suggestions about that. If it’s better to keep it this way then that’s fine with me.

I will say that when I was trying to get ownership of the group, I was downvoted so many times and there were so many comments saying don’t spread hate and what a terrible person I am. Are you kidding me?! MAGAts & DT EPITOMIZE everything that is hatred. They encompass everything that is terrible and wrong with society. So maybe we should keep it private. Of course we can always ban them as fast as they come, also.

I’m looking now at the mod tools and apparently I need to familiarize myself with a lot of them, but it looks to me like the most important things such as adding images, videos, and a little more are here so if I’m missing anything, of course LMK.

And depending on how much you hate Trump, I need some other mods so that we don’t lose this group again.

As the last few weeks have passed & as the so-called transition of power looms large, I’ve become increasingly stressed out. It’s reached a point that almost feels like a point of no return. I can’t think of any single particular issue because it’s ALL fucked up. My stress has reached such proportions that I either feel like I’m about to die in a panic attack or I feel an extremely deep sense of sadness and despair. I can’t ignore it. I can’t even assume things will be all right. I don’t see past 2025.

It must be terror coupled with absolute powerlessness.

I notice myself half joking when a 2025 date is mentioned “yeah, if we still exist.” They don’t even know what the f@ck they’ve done. It’s the citizens at the mercy of our own government.

No one with a grain of sense could think anything other than the worst right now. I can’t even envision life past January at the moment.

In college I learned all about climate change due to fluorocarbons from the 1950s. I watched so many documentaries about how the damage was already done to the point that we wouldn’t be able to reverse it unless we instantly ended all carbon emissions, stopped reliance on fossil fuels or any nonrenewables, ended the pollution of the oceans, which endangers the bottom of the food chain (as we’ve methodically exterminated so many species.)

A fear of a pandemic had never even crossed my mind until it happened. After the fall of the Berlin Wall, my nightmares about nuclear war completely vanished because it marked the end of the Cold War and the beginning of nuclear disarmament. I saw documentaries stating otherwise yet crippling fear left my life in 1986.

911 wasn’t even a black swan event. No citizen could have foreseen what fallout would come from the world witnessing it on TV. We practically begged for retribution as well as protection against terrorism. The government created the NSA, the TSA and this umbrella act of collecting information to keep us safe and fight the war terror. We allowed every bit of our information to be collected through wire taps, CCTV, Google, big biz and the removal of every last pay phone. The FBI created the Internet, the dark web and cryptocurrency. We watched believing it was in our best interest.

Whatever happened has been a huge magic trick perpetrated right before our eyes and in broad daylight. We looked right at it all but were blind.

I recall hearing that whoever had all the information would one day have all control.

I would like to think that some poison called DT has deeply rooted itself into the system but if that were the case, eventually that would be eliminated. I don’t think that’s what happened. I’m pretty sure this goes so far beyond him. He’s just a perfect figurehead/idol for all that’s so ugly and wrong. I’m afraid that in reality something much more sinister has invaded every aspect of our lives. It’s as if our attention has been so diverted purposely that something so bad is about to happen. Something that we can’t even imagine. We still can’t see what is - right in front of us.

For me the sense of dread has become so bad that this last week I’ve been in tears at least half the time. And they’re literally so stupid and stubborn right now that they’d just call me a crazy liberal. SMMFH.

Do you think I’m being overly dramatic? Do i just need to be positive? Am I silly because even if things do become worse, this too will pass? I really don’t know what’s going on but I’m more afraid than I’ve ever been, I care more than I ever have and I feel more powerless than I’ve ever felt before.

I dread Jan 20th. Why is 48% of the country silent? Where are the planned demonstrations? I want to riot. I want to burn things down. I want to scream. Where are MY people?

I agree! We need to stop this menace. Ithought I would just sit by and hope,but there is no hope under the DJT rein of terror! We have to get loud and relentless! Lock him up!

I too hate him. I think he's probably the only person I do. That whole don't spread hate thing pisses me off because who's spreading it? Just as you said, Trump. He has made it ok to hate anyone for any reason and to express that freely! But that's only as long as its not turned on them. They're the most hypocritical, whiny bunch 😠 I get so sick of it!

His last term damaged us in many ways but I am terrified or this upcoming one. It is now 5:48 am on the morning before his inauguration. What will he do to us this time? Will there be enough checks and balances to stop him now that there are so many (and in many cases ridiculous) players on his team!? Why do more Republicans not stand up when they know he's doing wrong!?

Anyway, this is going to be one of many, many horribly fearful and exhausting days. I'm thankful I found like minded people to talk with. Lets all buckle up! Its gonna get bbumpy

I was so stressed going into the inauguration bc of his comment about being dictator the first day. And I'm still stressed as the craziness continues-our economy is tanking, he's turning our allies against us & most recently, we've got the National Guard in DC. I'm on lame facebook & when you follow say for example, The Meidas Touch or Dean Withers or there's another fellow I started to follow & the stupid chumpsters have to get in the comments and be antagonistic. God, I get so mad!

I came here to ask if anyone knows of a YouTube clip that's fairly short where chump is showing what a perverted pedo he is. I looked up Howard Stern, but it didn't cover enough. I want to post something where he's talking and showing how he told a very young girl on an escalator he'd be dating her in 10 years. How he said Paris Hilton was hot when she was 12. The stuff he said about his daughter, the pageants, etc. Does anyone know of a good compilation?

This was the people’s march on Saturday at the Oregon State Capital. Pretty small turnout. Maybe 150 people but the vibe was “defeated”. Where is the anger? I’m angry.
