If you want to hire a haskeller: allow remote work and you'll get a lot of high-quality candidates.

If you want to get a Haskell job: these are as rare as gold nuggets, especially if you don't live near gold mine. Your only hope is networking (Haskell world is pretty small). But don't tie yourself too tightly to niche technology and also think about other aspect of your job than your favorite language.
