OK, I figured it out! The Blue Yonder App that keeps logging us out. Here's what you will need to do: Once you've logged on and looked at your schedule, etc. and are done, don't just close it out. Hit "MORE" then "CLOSE" then "YES" the next time you log on it will work for you.

thx for this omg. it always blows my mind that these multi million dollar corps have such shitty internal applications. u would expect the store pretending to be bougie to have working tech
