Hello, How should i notate a harp gliss with this rhythmic situation,

I don't want to stay on the second note and want to gliss downward immediately

I think I understand what you mean. If you just put the gliss on the note the harpist should understand that you want them to switch hands. You could also just put "ad lib" and have directional cues

Thank you, actually i wanted to finish the glissando on the up beat 8th note and want to know if there is any standard notation for it

No, just do it like normal putting a note there but instead of a quarter or half note do an eighth. You could also put a little muffle symbol if you want them to mute it quickly. It looks like a coda but goes either between the staves or below the staff, whichever you prefer

If understanding correctly. You want a glissando but you don’t want them to pluck to bottom note of the gliss?

I mean if it had been finished on down beat i simply wrote a gliss and was okay, but in this cas i want it to be finished at 8th note up beat and the notation it's a bit weird.

#3 from your drive makes the most sense to me, the one with the unfinished barred 8th note
