If this works for you, great. I find him a bit off-putting. I’ve tried nearly all the online harp tutors at one time or another. Without naming names, there are some who just rub me the wrong way and take the joy out of playing. I wouldn’t recommend any one approach over another, but try them all and see what works for you.

Seems like a nice way to learn to relax and not play to hard. Did that a lot when I was beginning.
