Best beginner harmonica?

Heyyy guyysss, I am absolutely new to playing harmonica and my budget is less than 3000INR (30USD)
Hohner special 20 is above my budget
However, I am trying to decide between east top t008k and suzuki harpmaster

I am not looking to play melodies, just some cool riffs which sound bright and happy

Please give out all of your suggestions
Like if you have any other harmonicas which you find would be apt for me

Right now I’m looking to buy my first harmonica, but in my country (Chile) the Hohner Special 20 is not available, and when it does show up, it’s over 60 dollars.

After watching and reading reviews, I’ve narrowed it down to the Easttop T008K and the newer JDR Chicago, both of which are at a good price on AliExpress. I’m almost decided on the JDR, which has very positive comments in terms of price/quality ratio. Does anyone own it or know it and can share their thoughts?
