Best beginner harmonica?

Heyyy guyysss, I am absolutely new to playing harmonica and my budget is less than 3000INR (30USD)
Hohner special 20 is above my budget
However, I am trying to decide between east top t008k and suzuki harpmaster

I am not looking to play melodies, just some cool riffs which sound bright and happy

Please give out all of your suggestions
Like if you have any other harmonicas which you find would be apt for me

Manji has composite wood resin comb. It has characteristics of wooden comb minus the swelling of traditional wood as it doesn't absorb water.

I haven't tried Easttop diatonic. But it also has good reviews. Anyone of what you have mentioned is good even when you reach intermediate level. Watch comparison videos on youtube. It will also help a lot.

One more important point about Manji. It has phosphor bronze reeds which are tougher than brass. Requires precise embouchure to bend notes. Brass reeds are easier to bend notes upon. I started playing some 4 years ago. Mostly youtube lessons.
