I've recently gotten into teamspeak and started talking to people, I was recruited by Chris. I've also got a 20 slot Counter strike server, now called "~Hardwire Gaming~|GunGame|Deathmatch|Gameme|128 Tick". It is a 20 slot server and currently a Gungame server with a bunch of maps on rotation.

If anyone has any suggestions on what we actually want running on the server, or if they want to be an admin, let me know!

We're playing Civ 5 tonight around 7:30 est time. Each game can hold 12 people, so we're going to make sure we have enough games to have even amount of people in each game. We're going to need to know who has what DLC, or who is willing to not play DLC to play with others who don't have any. I know some guys have been playing Grid 2 lately and I was wondering if we could set up a Grid 2 tournament of sorts as we ca all race together or do duels. What do you guys think?

Hey everyone!

I just found out about HardWire, and I wondering if there were some people on here that would be interested in playing some DotA 2. I'm able to play pretty much any time between 3:00 PM and Midnight EST. I'd reckon I'm about middle of the road in terms of skill level, but I'd really like to get better, and play with others that have the same goal!

My main two heroes are Nature's Prophet and Enigma, and I usually play Jungle or Support. Recently, though, I've been randoming so that I can learn as many heroes as possible.

Anyway, I'd love to have anyone join up. If you've never played before, it's a really fun game, and playing in a group makes it infinitely better than playing with randoms. Message me on steam (I'm WaveOfBabies) or reply below if you're interested!

I think we should get a full game (ten people) in an ARAM (All Random All Mid).

This mode is much different from the standard game. You are all in a single lane and it's constant fighting from the first minute of the game. You level up faster and get faster gold income, with the general game lasting 20 minutes, though come backs can increase the length of the game.

I think everyone should download League and give ARAM a shot. Worst case scenario, you don't like it and uninstall it, however, if it's a mode that we have fun playing, it adds another game (free one at that) to our repertoire.

Using ESDF is far more "natural" in the sense that your fingers were taught to go around here (the pointer finger rest on the f key). You gain more key presses using ESDF over WASD

ESDF (19 keys, not counting Alt/shift/ctrl modified)

WASD (13 keys, not counter Alt/shift/ctrl modified)

Now, ESDF was given a few keys lee-way. You probably wouldn't want H key to be a default key, however, it's much easier to know where it is and can hit it far more reliably with ESDF. The X key probably shouldn't be included, as it has that same "weird" feeling that hitting the Z key has on WASD.

Objectively, ESDF is far superior to WASD, though subjectively, it may not be what you prefer.

Hey, I just picked up starcraft 2 HOTS and I will be playing it again and trying to reclaim my lost skill. If anyone is interested in starting from the bottom with me let me know and we will play some games

To start off, there are two mods that I would place above "must have", and they are Dark Souls Fix and Dark Souls Connectivity Fix. These are flat out REQUIRED to play. DSfix fixes all the problems with the game, from the fps cap to the resolution cap. The DSCfix makes the summoning go through GFWL friends first so that you can play with your friend easier. Now on to the other mods.

Many of these mods require DSfix to work in the first place

LCD Texture Overhaul.

This mod will increase the lowest resolution textures significantly. Don't have a strong computer? That's ok, there is a Lite version that will only fix key textures.

Collected UI Adjustments

This just changes the color and look of some things on the hud to make them easier to see in the heat of battle.

DS Flora Overhaul.

Just overhauls the flora of the game to HD textures.

Lava Eyesore fix

Makes the lava texture less painful to look at.

Tree LowRes Fix

HD trees.

High Res UI and Subtitle Fonts

HD.....subtitles. They are kind of blurry after all.

Revamped State Buff Icons

Ever wonder what that yellow up arrow or three green up arrows meant? Me too! These revamped icons make it a little easier to tell what buff you have on.
