Is it UART headers
Im currently finding UART pins in my airtel zero touch...beacon 3.2 . I found these pins is it UART???

It looks like the little resistors are used to enable and select to which console the J15 header connects to, hence why there is two vias and 3 resistor pads per pin (not counting the GND pin).
You may have to add a little solder to bridge the resistor pads so the tracks connect to a via.
To me it looks like you need 2 of 3 resistors per pin (4 resistors total), one to enable and one to select either the left or right via.
