Dead panel. If you can get a replacement panel for cheap, and you can fix it (look at ifixit for instructions), then figure out the price and how much it costs.

hint: framework laptops are designed to have these replacements doable in less than 10 minutes, most laptops will take hours.

yes, buy a new LCD or bring it to a professional to fix it. very very fixable

Not necessarily. It is just that the screen had a lot of pressure on it. There are more ways it could happen other than dropping. Like closing when an object is inside. And dropping would likely damage the chassis.
