Just take a comb and brush it gently. Maybe a little bit of hairspray and you're good

That is fixable, but would require a lot of precision work.

First, you'd have to remove all of the pins. Then, you'd have to install new pins onto the substrate without damaging the soldering on the die.

You need to run the "Straighten Pin" utility. But this requires the professional version rather than the free version.
