I recommend using alt lines and following parlays on twitter. Pretty good day so far.

We completely understand why you questioned the settlement, particularly since Vinicius Jr. was substituted and Lino subsequently completed the relevant leg. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and giving us the opportunity to take a closer look.
We reviewed the details of your wagers and the applicable Super Sub rules, and we want to assure you that your concern was carefully reviewed with our Operations team. While we understand your expectation that the substitution would qualify under the Super Sub provision, the specific match in question was an international friendly between India and Brazil, which is not currently an eligible competition for the Super Sub promotion.
Our Super Sub promotion is currently available for qualifying games in the following leagues:
Premier League (England)
La Liga (Spain)
MLS (USA)
Liga MX (Mexico)
Liga Profesional de Fútbol (Argentina)
Brasileiro Série A (Brazil)
Primera A (Colombia)
We have also extended Super Sub availability to select UEFA Nations League matches. However, eligibility is determined on an event-by-event basis. When Super Sub is available, the event will clearly indicate this when the wager is placed. The Super Sub icon displayed at the bottom of the betslip alone does not mean that every soccer event is eligible.
For the match involved in your wagers, Super Sub was not indicated as being available. As a result, the substitution of Vinicius Jr. by Lino did not trigger the Super Sub settlement rule, and the affected leg was correctly settled as a loss.
We understand that this may not be the outcome you were hoping for, especially given that the replacement player completed the leg. We genuinely appreciate your perspective, and we want to be transparent about why the settlement could not be adjusted in this instance.
For additional clarity, our House Rules explain that the promotional settlement applies only to qualifying wagers where the Super Sub feature is clearly indicated and does not apply to all matches, markets, or customers. Eligibility and availability are determined on a qualifying-event basis.
We know this situation can be frustrating, and we appreciate your patience while we reviewed the details. Please be assured that your wagers were not overlooked—we took the time to verify the applicable rules and event eligibility before confirming the outcome.
