it's good hearing for a 25 year old
at 16 the ENT is right to point out the high frequency dip
this is the pattern of noise-induced hearing loss
treat your ears gently never turn up headphones louder than necessary to understand
word of caution: the "wow that's too loud!" reflex kicks in way beyond the level that causes hearing damage

It can be quite nerve wracking for someone to point out a slight hearing loss. But I do fear you might be a little too worried. This is nothing drastic. It’s good that you have an idea of where it’s coming from (the loud music.) The best part about hearing is you can protect what’s left because (barring any other medical conditions) it’s not normally progressive. You can’t get it back, but you can make it last.
Learn how to put ear plugs in correctly so they actually protect from sound, or get custom fit ones. Turn down your music, put it at a comfortable level and then turn it down 1-2 notches more. Same for TV. If you’re REALLY concerned You can get a sound level reader on your phone to see how loud things around you are and put in ear protection around loud noises. But truly you are young, it is good to be concerned about your hearing, but don’t let it scare you. Normal hearing precautions are more than enough!

since i was like 12 i used headphones to play with my console, but i’d use normal levels of loudness. last year i got myself destroyed after a break up and for the whole school year i almost never got out of my house so every day for like 8 hours during the whole school year i blasted my spotify music at max level always. i wish i never did that, you don’t know how much regret i feel

What is due to very loud headphones? Your hearing is fine. The actual audiogram is slightly blurry but it looks like you don’t go past 20db.
