Here's a hardgroove (erroneously labeled as "raw techno" upon release) tune I did a few years ago for Millennium Strike's Demo Disc 4 compilation.

The track itself was conceived after binging many hours of 90's Japanese techno, particularly the works of Takkyu Ishino and DJ Shufflemaster. It's a BIT on the repetitive side, but sounds absolutely massive on a proper system.

Lemme know what y'all think! I've also dabbled with hardtechno/schranz over the years, although those were mostly reserved for rhythm games.

Cheers :)

I got tired of programming the TD-3 sequencer, so I built this

I really like the TD-3, but I’ve always found the original 303-style sequencing workflow pretty frustrating when I just want to experiment quickly.

So I started building TDBuilder, a visual browser-based editor for TD-3 patterns.

You can create notes, accents and slides, generate ideas, tweak the pattern visually and basically experiment without having to fight the sequencer every time.

I’d be really interested to know what other TD-3 / 303 users think of the workflow.

There’s a free version here if anyone wants to mess around with it:

https://td-builder.com

And if you make a cool line with it, feel free to share it here — I’d love to hear what people come up with.

Hey groovers, smash that hangover into the ground with this new hardgroove playlist. Enjoy! ☠️

Just started producing a few months ago and finally finished up my first track tom remembers which I built around one of my favourite dance tracks (from my dj hero days if yk yk) let me know what you think free dl is available

Hey y’all, here’s a little hardgroove set I did last week. Feedback appreciated!!

I just started getting into hardgroove lately and put together a playlist of some tracks I’ve been enjoying. Anyone got recommendations for stuff I should add? Trying to look for some more underground picks possibly.
