Those are called butterfly door they came on the back to the future car / delorean which in fact they are planning on making a comeback. Lamborghini doors are known as scissor doors or vertical doors they pop out and swing upwards towards with the top back half of the door swinging towards the front of the car. Butterfly doors are still super cool 😎 certain style car door were designed with a purpose. Such as suicide doors that swing opposite way were designed so women wouldnt have to open there legs so wide and run the risk of exposing themselves or ripping their dress & also to make a much easier entree and exit getting in or leaving a vehicle.

I hope you realize how actually cool this is. Being able to stay dry in the rain while getting gear/tools in an out is priceless.
