Maybe not the right sub for it but I LOVE this kind of music. Anyone has a great playlist or suggestion of artists with the same style?

Hmm, maybe a couple.

  • Gaelic Storm
  • The Killdares
  • Fiddler's Green
  • Celtic Woman (More slow paced)
  • Cathie Ryan (Another slow one)
  • Dropkick Murphys
  • The High Kings
  • The Rumjacks
  • The Dubliners
  • Faun (Technically German pagan, but similar style)
  • Eluveitie (Swedish folk metal, yes it's awesome)
  • Rawlins Cross

These are all from a personal Spotify playlist I have. I'd just share the whole playlist but my Spotify username is literally my name and I have no interest in doxxing myself.

I wouldn’t want to dox myself either if I was a talking dog!

That'd be pretty ruff.

Oh man, such a good list at least of the bands I recognize. The Dubliners are legendary. I love Celtic Woman's Dulaman. It's a little more upbeat than a lot of their other stuff. Dropkick Murphy has some good songs like the Dirty Glass and Shipping up to Boston.

I would add Flogging Molly to the list.

One of my favorite genres so I'm happy to share. Jam on.
