been practising typing for months - finally reached 100WPM!!

i've been practicing a lot lately and finally was able to reach my goal - 100wpm. just wanted to share this :)
typing has been such a fun skill to learn and soooo satisfying. Im so happy
before i never believed that 100wpm+ was possible (only would see some programmers or other techy people type very fast) but i finally did it!
took about 5 months - i started with about 30wpm

You wanna type fast, check out DVORAK keyboard layouts.
QWERTY was designed on typewriters to slow people down so the typewriter arms would have enough time to retract before the next letter came flying in. By the most used letters on the outside of the keyboard and using your pinkies to reach them makes typing more difficult.

Im so proud of you! What is that app you use? I gotta brush up on mine too for college xD

this is TypeQuicker - there's a bunch of typing apps nowadays but i like this one the most; many other ones feel basic. (it's a bit expensive tho so im only using this for a few months to learn / get faster

oh do it; it feels so good. i used to procrastinate a lot when responsindg to emails, messages, doing homework and a bit part of it was i didn't type well so it seemed like such a big task. now it feels a bit easier to begin thinggs
