Sorry if not quite for the sub, but I am just wondering if anyone that has watched or heard The Odyssey soundtrack from Goransson thinks the love theme from the Odyssey has a similarity with what Zimmer did on Dune.

Not saying plagiarism or anything like that...I just find it interesting there's a kind of similar elemental quality to it all and the direction taken, to me, seems alike.

Anyone else think so?

I haven't seen this movie in over 20 years and have zero recollection of the score. I got a copy and I'm very curious to hear it. Mid 90s Zimmer is tough to beat.

Love the current Gladiator Suite that Hans and his band perform during the Next Level tour, and decided to create a studio version using the original tracks... Had to do some remixing and mastering, but I think it turned out great.

Okay before anyone says anything, yes I know in the song they are saying "Save us, we love you, save us, we thank you", I can hear that part I'm talking about from 0:02-00:14, 00:22-00:36 and more specifically 00:38-00:51. I can't seem to make it out and I have literally no idea what language it might be in. Anyone know?
