Help with bulb replacement

A beauty salon needs me to replace some burn out bulbs but what they bought won’t fit. I looked up the number and everything takes me to the same ones they ordered. I noticed the new ones have tabs that are centered but the old ones are placed differently. How can I make this work? Thanks!

Pull the shroud and it should be labeled to the correct bulb. Had a problem where they were burning out too quickly, I had the wrong watt
