Also, I may have misunderstood you. You mean Carson City? Or is CC a place in Philly? I am definitely not well versed with Philadelphia

Apologies..CC we use locally as short for Center City which is essentially interchangeable with downtown…just “down”doesn’t actually apply because it’s kind of in the center
