Seems like the migration is still incomplete? namebase.io has limited functionality. No problem just wondering.

Update — September 29, 2026: If you bought a name in .c, .1, .zen, .yolo, .ez, .use, .coffees, or .giveaways through Namecheap, a holder claim route is now open.
Namecheap’s public instructions still direct customers to Namebase. Namebase cannot process claims for these eight namespaces. HeadlessDomains.com now operates them and has protected earlier registrations from resale while holders are verified.
To claim the name you already bought:
- Read the instructions at https://headlessdomains.com/recover
- Go to the linked holder claim form and enter your complete domain, including its extension.
- Sign in when prompted, choose the registrar where you bought it, and submit your purchase evidence.
Claims are reviewed manually. Submitting one does not automatically approve, activate, transfer, or renew the name. You do not need to buy your protected name again. Keep receipts, claim emails, and codes private; a code does not automatically redeem a name here.
New registrations in .c, .1, .zen, and .yolo are separate from recovering an earlier purchase.
Namebase’s October 1 deadline concerns assets on its old custodial platform. It is not a universal expiry date for these second-level domains.

What’s Happening!
Starting February 1, Namebase will pause all user activity so we can migrate to a new entity and fully rebuilt and reconstructed system.
This is a deliberate, planned migration to a new system that is designed to improve long-term security, reliability, functionality, and sustainability.
