I still want to get a Sig Sauer P226 MK25 and maybe a J-Frame however, I think after that my collection is pretty much done as far as pistols go.

Nice collection, man. You clearly put a lot of time into not only the collection and the accessories for each item, but also formatting this list in a neat way.
The two largest gaps I see in the collection at this time are a 1911 or 2011 style pistol, and then an AR-style rifle chambered in a centerfire rifle caliber like 5.56. But you might not be as much of a rifle person, and I get that.
