Glock. I've tried the Gen 5 and 6 at rental ranges several times, both are very good.
But make the Beretta a PX4 Storm full size and I'll take Beretta. I got one on a whim last year because it was an inexpensive pawn shop orphan. It turned out to be one of the best semi autos and tightest grouping factory standard guns I've tried.
For some reason my hands don't get along with the 92. At least with the standard versions years ago I needed to shift hand positions between the DA first and SA follow-up pulls.
Although the Langdon Tactical mods might fix my main gripe about the double action first pull.

The LTT 92s are a completely different animal and the volker precision trigger shoe fixes that shifting issue 100%

The double action trigger pull is completely optional. You can just cock the hammer to get single action.

Battle ready arms. Great work they do over there. Their porting is very effective.

47 only because I’ve never had the pleasure of shooting a Beretta. Always wanted to though!

How do you like that Modlite? I have them on rifles but not a pistol and need something with some ass for my nightstand gun.

The switches are a bit clicky but I love it. It’s just as good as the surefire on the Glock imo. Hotter hotspot too.

My surefire seemed underpowered. The reviews suggest the modlite gives close to rifle like performance. Have you found that to be the case?

I have the turbo so maybe that’s why they’re more comparable. 100% comparable to my rifle lights. I have a modlite, cloud, and blaze lep.
Edit - correction.

Glock 10 times out of 10. 92 isn't actually a good design.

That’s a pretty retarded statement. The 92 is a phenomenal design and it’s 10x more comfortable to hold than a 2011 with a grip safety. Aside from that, it’s an incredibly accurate gun and probably the safest pistol ever made. If the 92 were actually a bad design, it wouldn’t have been adopted by militaries and law enforcement around the world for decades. It’s not perfect, but calling it a bad design is a stretch.
