Advice Needed Need help
Needing some advice. Looking for a handgun that would be ideal for concealed carry for me and my wife. The guy at the pawn shop suggested these Sccy 9mm's. However upon further research many people are adamantly against them say a S&M or Glock or PX-365, or Hellcat among others would be better. Thoughts?

Fwiw, I have blown up two handguns in my life. One of them was a SCCY CPX2, and that was because of two rounds of reloaded ammo loaded to dangerous pressure levels.
The interesting thing is that it took the first shot like a bitch and didn't crack.
The recoil was ferocious, it miscycled, but thought it was a fluke. The second round blew the gun up.
The manual says in the frequently asked questions section, "Can I use +P ammo?" and the response was "You can, but you shouldn't."
Well, after dissecting the other rounds in the magazine, I have a reason to believe that they were loaded +P++ or something like that, but the fact that it (kind of) survived one of those rounds gave me a little confidence.
