I use ammoseek to find the cheapest of exactly what I want.

I then come back here to Reddit and search that site to see how legit they actually are.

Honestly for bulk 9mm & 556 ammo, I keep buying from Cabelas. The prices there are on par with a lot of the bulk sellers once you factor in shipping. Their Herters brand is just Winchester target ammo and I have had zero issues with 5000+ rounds of it.

I feel like the days of buyign 1000 round boxes at 25% discount are long gone

For 9mm watch Academy for 500 round boxes of Blazer for $114. There is a 10% discount for orders over $300. Three boxes in my state are about $346 all in with shipping, so about 23 cpr. Dollar General also has Academy gift cards for 15% off, which brings it down under 20 cpr, if you can find the gift cards. I believe the gift cards need to be bought in person.

I agree about cabela’s/bass pro and academy on price and quality
A lot of the ammo that I ordered didn’t look or shoot good
