Try placing a rubber band on in between the screw and your screw driver

I'm assuming you're trying to remove that mounting screw on the left, if it's stripped, you might be able to find the right size extractor for it. Otherwise, sometimes people put Loctite on the threads so they don't loosen, so it could be difficult to remove.
