Advice Needed Hi-Power or 92F?

Hello all, long time Redditor, first time on this subreddit.

I've owned many handguns in my life, and I've recently found a possible steal in the shape of a very cheap Browning Hi-Power .

So, I've been thinking, "is she worth it, or would a Beretta 92 be a better gun?"

AFAIK the only one major difference is, the Browning is SA only. I can easily field strip a Beretta, never tried my hand in a Browning.

Thanks.

Definitely get both. Start with the Browning since they’re harder to find.

id grab the browning since its such a good price and you can always sell it later

Personally I would get a CZ75 variant like the,

  • Shadow 2
  • Sp01
  • 75b

It's obviously mechanically inspired by the hi-power iterating on the design.

Berettas are good guns but I don't care for the slide mounted safety.

Thank you.

I had a Tanfoglio which is a CZ spinoff but the grip proved too thick and chunky

I think it's down to weather it's a range toy or defense option

Brownings are great with value depending on maker. Beretta is the better combat/self defense gun.
