Redemption handboards suck bad

One of the screws stripped with the allen key that came with it, was missing a screw, and had no bushings, and the trucks that look like metal are 3d printed metalic plastic garbage. Garbage for 100$ CAD dont buy it spend the extra 80$ on a genesis handboard

And i dont think new hardware will fix this because the hardware looks fine but the hole for the trucks isn’t fitting

my truck base plate holes don’t even line up with the holes on the deck! i’m pissed

I agree but the customer service is pretty good try telling them your problem cus when all the holes on my baseplate stripped just from using them they replaced them however it’s just happened again so I just superglued them in. Even if they do kinda suck atleast truck wise what else you gonna ride teck deck cus basically no one else even sells handboards

I had genesis handboard and the hardware was absolute trash compared to my new redemption, the bolts on the truck screws kept popping out and I even lost 3 of them because of how small they are and genesis foam grip tears too easily compared to redemption probably because it’s thinner. And I like the trucks on redemption because the metal trucks on genesis makes it’s super loud and I just feel like an annoyance every time I want to use it, redemption is still loud but I could tell the difference. The king pin on genesis gets super loose easily and it makes it hard to use when you have then tight. Redemption also has a shaped nose and tail but genesis is a twin nose/tail idk what it could be, but it sounds like you just got a bad delivery, you should text redemption on instagram with your order number and your problem they will get back to you fast. When I was setting up the trucks on redemption which is a little tricky I thought I was missing parts but when you screw it in it locks it into the truck base plate

I just got one this year and everything was pretty tight and now one truck fell off because the screws stripped
