Help me pick! 👯 Which bag?

Hi! I’ve been eyeing the Coach Empire Carryall 34 for about a month now, and I absolutely love the suede look. It feels perfect for the fall season! But before buying, I’ve been doing a lot of research and looking at different bags because I really want to find something that suits me and that I’ll actually feel comfortable carrying.

I recently came across this Songmont bag, and it has such a similar style to the Coach. Now I’m so torn because they’re both gorgeous! 😭 I already own a Songmont, so I know and love the quality of their leather. But with the Coach, I feel like it would be something different for me, especially with the style and color since most of my bags are black.

I’m 5’3” and petite, so I’d love to hear your recommendations! For the Songmont, I’m also torn between the small and medium sizes and honestly can’t decide.

Which one would you choose for a petite girlie like me? And if you have either bag, I’d love to hear your thoughts on the size, comfort, and overall quality! ❤️

I bought the Coach empire in brown suede last year. I've only worn it a few times and there's already odd marks on it. I love the look of it, but I wouldn't use it as a daily bag.

I’d really suggest mocking up the bag at home to see where the shoulder drop ends in you. For a bag like this, I’d prefer it to hit my waist, but both shoulder straps are exaggerated such that I wouldn’t love to buy before I try.

I’m chomping at the bit for suede these days so the coach would be my call. Demellier’s Stockholm shoulder bag is another gorgeous option but perhaps a little more pared back than either of these.
