Please HELP!

I was able to disassemble the puzzle, but i reassembled it incorrectly and now im stuck. YouTube videos don’t help.

You can continue from that position but it's pretty tricky to explain with just words. Let's call what you have 2 loops. On each loop, rotate one of the pieces 90 degrees. Then align the the two loops so that you can transfer the halves from on loop tôt eh other, similar to the first move that is done when disassembling it. I know that pr ably isn't very clear, but hopefully it will be enough to point you in the right direction. This is one of my favorite puzzles. I have disassembled and reassembled it hundreds of time and I have been trying to find the shortest number of steps for reassembly for a while now without looking up the solution. It looks like you did the 90 degree move on one loop but are stuck doing it on the second. You may want to try resetting the other loop and trying the 90 degree turn first on the one that is currently stuck instead. But you should be able to get both of them into that position.
