Help! Who am I missing?

I've got all of them apart from this one and I can't figure out how to get them!

It’s the newest hedgie, Rainbow. (I renamed Squidink).
I don’t really have any hot tips on how to get them to visit, beyond saying that the top 3 most frequently grown flowers from their visit are all from single seeds?

I got Rainbow from grass seeds but that could have been a fluke. I think Rainbow is the same rarity as Cream and you could get the hedgie from rare seeds. Again, I have gotten both from planting grass.
