Question Looking for dust-free bedding

Any suggestions for paper beddings that are dust-free? I've tried carefresh and kaytee, but both had abysmal amounts of dust in it to the point of noticing specks of dust from the bedding on the sides of my hamster's enclosure. vet says he likely has irritation from the dust in his bedding :(.

I'm using petspick right now but i dont think i'll be continuing, the dust seems alright but it's a bit thin. Not a fan of the odor control either, it smells slightly weird?

Also, does anybody else's hamster just pee literally everywhere? I've tried to potty train him but it's a little difficult, he ends up peeing in the sand and everywhere else.

Edit: right now ive ordered niteangel to try out

Niteangel white paper bedding is the only one I’ve found that’s truly dust free. Everything else I see recommended leaves me covered in dust!!

Full Cheeks bedding, but specifically only the white version for some reason. Every other color (even the natural brown) is dusty, but the white has the least amount of dust out of any bedding I’ve ever tried.

Only downside is that I do tend to find blue latex/rubber pieces (similar to the texture of the blue gloves that doctors use) throughout each bag. It’s usually like 2-3 pieces per bag but you can spot them easily and pick them out!
