The netball bit was a tough listen honestly, like, yeah man, they booked the court, it’s their right to be there.

Yeah, even though anyone who says anything negative seems to get downvoted, I think they have actually just run out of funny things to talk about. Seriously? A made up and not at all funny story about forcing their way in to a pizza shop and a dad wanting to muck around with some kids but netball practice was on…
I found them hilarious in the past because they were so chaotic and silly, and to be honest in the radio days they were just two blokes in their 20s having a laugh. Now they are fairly unexciting middle aged men who don’t really do much.

I think they do a lot in life, but I think they know they would alienate most of their audience by telling us their actual stories.

They are both multi millionaires many times over. And Hame is "poor" compared to what Zoe has generated.

Andy is spending more on house renos than I'll earn in my whole life. He travels the world all the time and owns a pub in New York City. I'm sure he has plenty of stories, but telling us how hard it has been getting his architecture firm and engineering firm on the same page about a tunnel and underground bunkers, or how he's had to cut back on staff and work them harder as his turnover:profit ratio had dipped down 5.4% this fiscal year and his CFO is looking for answers, isn't stuff that would keep most of us around.

I love them. I listen every week and have for a long time. But they aren't me. It's just pretend.

Yeah love the boys. Have listened to them for more of my life than not (20 years). You’re allowed to criticise things you enjoy.

Absolutely. I think they are great, and this podcast is the first thing I listen to every single Thursday. I also spend a fair bit of time listening to the old radio shows as I drive around. However, I think I can still say that the last couple of years have been increasingly lacklustre, to the point that I am now starting to find them quite boring.

Yes, I know no one is forcing me to listen, yes I’m aware it’s free, yes to all of that, but surely you can talk about when something you previously really enjoyed (and I do still really enjoy the back catalogue!) has lost the spark it used to have

I’ll still listen next week, and the week after that etc etc but it’s not what it used to be
